  • How much space do you need for a chair massage event?

    Each therapist needs approximately 6 feet by 6 feet — a conference room, quiet office corner, or breakout room works perfectly. For larger events, we can scale up the footprint and bring multiple therapists working simultaneously.


  • How long should each employee's session be?

    Most corporate events use 10, 15, or 20-minute rotations. 15 minutes is the sweet spot — enough time for a meaningful release, short enough to keep the day moving. We'll help you build a schedule that maximizes the number of employees served while keeping quality high.

  • How many therapists do we need for our team size?

    As a rough guide: one therapist can serve 15-20 employees over a 4-hour event with 15-minute sessions. For teams of 50+, we typically send 2-3 therapists so no one waits long. We'll recommend the right ratio based on your event duration and team size.

  • Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

    Yes — always. We provide a COI for every corporate booking, pre-approved for building management and HR. Just let us know when booking what your building requires and we'll handle it.

  • Do you offer recurring wellness programs?

    Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring programs with contracted pricing. Many of our corporate clients start with a single wellness day, then convert to a recurring program once they see the impact.

  • Do employees need to remove clothing or use oils?

    No. Chair massage is done fully clothed, with no oils. Employees stay professional, return to their desks ready to work, and there's nothing about the experience that feels out of place in an office environment.

  • What's your cancellation policy for corporate bookings?

    We require a 50% deposit to confirm bookings, with the balance due on the day of the event. Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice receive a full deposit refund. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. For recurring programs, we offer flexible contract terms.

  • Do you handle invoicing and corporate billing?

    Yes. We provide standard invoices with W-9s on request and accept payment via ACH, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or company check. For recurring programs, we can set up scheduled billing.
